Friends of Florida State Forests (FFSF) is a direct support organization of the Florida Forest Service that supports recreation and reforestation projects on Florida’s state forests.
FFSF is a charitable not-for-profit corporation, exempt from federal income tax under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, I.D. #59-3504595. Membership dues, donations and contributions are tax-deductible as permitted under current law.
FFSF is an organization established by Florida statute that supports programs within Florida’s state forests and is governed by a board of directors representing all areas of the state. The IRS has determined that FFSF does not have to file Form 990.
FFSF’s mission . . . through community support, assist the Florida Forest Service to expand opportunities for recreation, environmental education, fire prevention and forest management within Florida’s state forests.
Quixotes are a community of very special and talented people within Florida Gravel Biking. These individuals not only actively explore new locations and routes for future Florida Gravel Biking events, but they also go above and beyond to support fellow riders, helping grow the gravel community in the state of Florida.
We love the Quixote family and are so excited to be able to interlace it with Grit Gravel & Roll.
On behalf of the gravel community… THANK YOU!
